Hi,
Welcome and thanks for posting your query to HealthcareMagic.
As per your query you have itching in buttocks with bleeding and you suspect of flea bites.
The characteristic feature appears to be lichen simplex chronicus. THis is a common problem at this area due to unhygienic condition at the local area.
For the betterment kindly follow the suggestions below:
-You can do warm water compresses to reduce the intensity of itching.
-Do not scratch or rub the skin as it can lead to further aggravation.
-The best measure is to take oral anti histamine like loratadine or levocetrizine under medial advise.
- Wear cotton undergarments to be changed two times a day.
It does not appear to be flea bite so it is betterto consult a dermatologist for best guidance.
I hope these information's will help you. If you have further queries I will be happy to help.
"Wish you good health"

Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
You might be suffering from insect bite allergy( Papular urticaria). Please watch out for bed bugs because of the location of bites. You will require an ointment containing a steroid and anti biotic. Also take an anti histamine for the itching.Get these prescribed by your doctor. Hope this helped
Take care
