Itching In Clitoris With White, Brown Chunky Stuff. History Of Herpes HSV1 In Vagina, Breaking Out Sore, Itchy Bumps Every 3 Weeks. On Amoxicillin For Cold. Ideas?

HA question about my clitorous. Before I ask the question, here is some of my background. I've had herpes HSV1 in my vagina for about 6 months now. I haven't taken any medication for it in 2 months but frequently get break outs every 3 weeks ( due to stress from college, job ex..). My break outs tend to cause sores, itching and bumps.
Then this past week I have been taking prescribed Anoxicillin 500mg Capsules to get over a really back cold. My last dosage was today.
Yesterday I felt some itching and irritation on my clitorous. I went to check it out and I found white/brown chunky stuff on my clitorous. I have no idea what it is from. This hasn't happen to me before in my other HSV 1 break outs and I was curious if it was from the medication I have been taking- messing up my bacterial balance in my vagina?
Please let me know ASAP. It is quite uncomfortable. -Thank you.

HI,
Hsv1 out breaks are charecterised by watery blisters with pain/burning on mucus membranes, these heal forming scabs typical for herpes.
Out breaks you describe have itching along with blisters & sores.
This suggests secondary infection with fungus.This also explains the itching clitoris with white /brown discharge sticking to it.
Diagnosis will confirm by vaginal swab testing/local examination by a Gynecologist.
The fungal vaginitis needs specific treatment with Metranidazol group of drugs, both orally & locally. Ideally to be taken by both the partners.
You have to consult a Gynacologist for assessing complete picture of
infection & planning drug regime for it.
