Itching On Left Finger Tip, Tingling, Numbness In Thumb, Sore Neck And Head. Any Ideas?

this morning I woke up and I had a lot of itching on my left ring finger tip, almost like a mosquito bite that wouldn't go away, kind of itch. later after that, I had tingling, sometimes hurts if I set it down on something without remembering about it. I have a weird kind of numbness to it as well. I can feel my thumb nail wen I use it to put pressure on my ring finger, but its not the same as the other hand. to me it looks a little swollen and a tiny bit discolored. I just read online that it could be caused by the nerves in your neck and I remember when I went to bed last night my neck and head were a little sore, and couldn't get comfortable. what do you think?

HI
Thank for choosing HCM
Your symptoms are suggestive of some local uneven compression of soft tissue, which might have disturbed the microcirculation, and this is more often happened in sleeping position, and it will go away with routine of your day schedule, right now no need to worry or panic, just wait for couple days, Have nice day.
