Itching, Redness On Lower Arm. Any Idea?

On wednesday, I noticed a pimple looking dot on my lower arm and it was itchy, so I was scratching it and the area turned red around it. By Friday, the redness was gone. The pimple looking dot was back so I tried popping it and again it turned red around it. Now I see a white dot that is hard with redness around it. Any idea what this is? Never felt anything bite me.
