Itching Sensation On My Upper Lip After Having Fruit

I woke this morning with a itching sensation on my upper lip and right after i ate a fruit(I tasted wierd). It soon looked like small water bumps on my lips.They are now a little swollen and turning into one big water blister. Is this a definate cold sore or an allergic reaction from something?

If its an allergy to the fruit would there be scabing on my lip now where the bumps were? I didn't take any allergy meds. I am really worried it maybe something more...sighs. Didn't sleep much because I am so worried about if its herpes.Can you tell me what I should do?

hi,
it seems that it is definitely due to allergy,most probably due to eating of a fruit.
it is happened many a time if you have some allergy to food.
you do not worry,take some anti allergic medicine like Cetrizine and within an hour you will be ok.
