Itching, Swelling, Redness On Right Side Of Vagina, Small Black Dot, Clear Discharge On Popping. Suggestions?

I started having tenderness and itchy on the right side of my vagina 5 days ago since then the right side has become very swollen, red and painful to touch. Also, I spotted a pin size black dot that was easily scrapped off but left a small open hole like a pore that had clear fluids. The next morning the dot returned and two more appeared. Please help. I am currently out of town for work and haven t been able to see my doctor

As described by you black dot which is itchy and tender with clear fluid. They may sometimes are associated with Painful urination and an increase in vaginal discharge.Do you experience fever , muscle aches.
As per Your description It appears to be Genital Herpes

You can take pain killers like paracetamol and anti-itching medicine like Cetrizine.
Antiviral Ointments can help in reducing pain and healing genital sores

If you experience reoccurring bouts of herpes, it is important that you take the antiviral medication before the actual sores manifest. They should be taken when the tingling, burning, or itchy sensation occurs. Warm baths can also relieve the pain caused by the bumps/blisters.
