Itchy Bump On Breast, On Finger, Swelling, No Pus. What Is It?

Hi, I've got a itchy raised bump on the inside of my left breast that is about the size in diameter of the top of my pinky finger. (I have small hands.) it almost looks like the top has a circle cut out and in the middle it is white as if it has pus in it but no pus is coming out. It swelled a lot yesterday but a towel with warm water has brought down the swelling to just the actual bump. Should I be concerned? Do you have an idea what it might be? I am prone to acne, but this doesn't really look like a kind of pimple I've had before.

hi,
looks like you have developed folliculitis ( pyoderma).
Folliculitis (also known as "Hot Tub Rash") is the inflammation of one or more hair follicles. The condition may occur anywhere on the skin with the exception of the palms of the hands and soles of the feet. They may appear as red dots firstly and then increase in size to become red , hot, tender pus filled lesions...
Avoid touching it too much...Avoid using any kind of cold dreams or hair oils..as it might increase the lesion.Wear cotton clothes and undergarments in order to reduce sweating
.You can start using any topical antibiotic/antiseptic cream over the lesion and see if it persists even after using the cream for 2-3 days, then you need to consult a skin specialist to assess for the need for oral antibiotics
Hope it helps
