Itchy Left Ankle, Tingling, Sensitive To Touch, Numb After Scratching. Remedy?

Hi
So about two days ago I noticed my left ankle was itchy and when I scratched it was numb. It has gotten worse an is at the point where it is hurting. It's very sensitive to touch and it feels tingly. Also noticed that there is white dotes where the numbness is. Could you please help me identify this. And what I should do?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears to be the cellulitis, caused by some infection. the white spots might be the pus points.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe amoxycillin, clavulinic acid, serratiopeptidase, and antiinflamatories. Thank you.
