Itchy Red Bump On Waist Line Resulting From Stretch Mark. Concern?
I have old stretch marks on my side and one of them has developed a large bulging red bump that I took to be a pimple-type formation. Well, it has been a few weeks and not only has it not come to a head, but the color has changed to a deep purplish red. It doesn t really hurt anymore, but it does itch a little. Should I be concerned about it and/or have it looked at?

Hi itchy bumps are common over the striae.nothing should be concerned .it can be cured by oral antibiotic twice daily and application of t bact ointment over the lesions.sometimes keliod can occur over striae.it can be cured by intralesional steriod triamcinolone acetate.or by 0.025 retinioc acid
