hello, My name is Elise and i have this boyfriend who has red small bumps on his fingers and in the middle of his thumb and index finger . And our question is, are they because of sperm cells? yes they are itchy, and they turn red when scratched. No there are no flaky skin, or puss. From Elise and Shaun

Hi itchy red bumps in between web spaces is only due to scabies not sperm cells.it is caused by sarcoptes scabei.it presents itching all over the body more in between fingers.wrist.umblicus .armpits and genital area.it should be cured by permite cream overnight from neck to toe weekly once for two weeks .atarax 25 mg at night.and a broad spectrum antibiotic
