Itchy, Scratched Scrotum, Pain In Right Scrotum With White Pinkish Round Bumps On It. History Of Shaving The Scrotum Area, Driving A Lot. Suggestions?

Thursday night, I had shaved my scrotum. There was a slight irritation prior to shaving, but continued to do so. The area was also itchy and had scratched before and after shaving. Last night i felt pain on the right side of scrotum and noticed there was white/pinkish round bumps with the area. I was driving for 15 hours prior to feeling the pain, and wearing boxer briefs.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.

Irritation and itching over the scrotum may be due to dermatophyte (fungal) infection, seborrheic dermatitis or due to the remains of detergents or any applications.
The whitish/pink bumps may be due to secondary bacterial infection due to repeated scratching or shaving. It may be hair folliculitis also.
These are easily manageable and consult your dermatologist.He/she will help you in this regard.
Get well soon.
