Itchy Small White Dots On Penis Spreading. Advise?

Hello doctor. I have been having an awful lot of sex and oral sex lately with the same parnter. I've kept clean but I'm having that much sex its been hard to. I have had a lot of small white dots or spots appear all over the head and under the 4skin on my penis. They are quite itchy and started yesterday with only afew spots and now have gained in numbers and have spread. I was wondering if you could help me out, thanks......

Hello,
The most likely cause for such itchy spots in you seems to be due to fungal infection.There is nothing to worry for this.
Treatment involves
Avoiding unprotected sex for couple of weeks
Observe proper hygiene by daily washing head of penis with plain water.
There is no need to wash it vigorously with soak as it can rob you of lubricant.
Apply an anti fungal cream like CLOTRIMAZOLE twice daily.
If your partner is also having similar symtoms,ask her also to apply this cream in vagina.
You should be all right in 2 weeks time.
If you don't improve,then you are advised to consult your doctor.
