Itchy Throat And Cough Relieved After Taking Montecope. What Are The Other Suitable Medicines?
Hi , my son is 12 years and he is taking montecope 10mg for 4 months now, Usually he starts coughing at the same time of the day and when he take montecope he gets better. He says he starts coughing because his throat itches. How long does he have to take this medicine everyday. Is there any other medicaine for itchy throat which starts the cough and for allergies. Also what is the equivalent of montecope in USA. We got montecope when we visited india and cannot find that medicine here.

Apart from medication, I would suggest you to try warm saline gargling and steam inhalation. That will take him off the medication. Drinking milk withturmeric added will also help.
