joint and muscle pain (30 years old married with one child 3y 7m) hi, morning just i want to ask about some positive results ( antimitochondreal Ab+ anti smooth muscles Ab) but Anti DNA is Negative And ANA is Negative as well and RF within normal range, and i was pregnant but i lost my pregnancy last October (missed abortion ) was 11 weeks age but i have muscle pain, with joints pain. just i want to know what s this diagnosis, is it LUPUS

Hi, with your reports ( ANA negative) Lupus becomes extremely unlikely. But the reports have to be correlated clinically. With your description I am suspecting Dermatomyositis. Do you have any skin rash too?
