Joint Pain In Forearms On Flexing Them, Lifting Something, On Pressing Them. Treatment Options?
I have been pveing my bakyard, lots of shoveling and lifting. For several days now I have had a pain in the joint of both of my forearms specially when flex them or lift something, even when lifting light objects. ALso feel pain when I lightly press the outer side of the joints ( i.e side of my elbow ) what should I do?
HELLO,
It seems that you have sustained soft tissue injury of your forearm muscles because of overuse. the pain on sides of our elbow joint is also the result of inflammation (swelling) of the flexor muscles of our forearm where they attach to forearm bone. your need not to worry much. you should take muscle relexants, give appropriate rest to your forearm and the pain will subside in a 10-15 days.
take care.
