Knee Got Injured By Wooden Object, Hurts On Walking. Check Up Required?

On my left leg, to the bottom left part of my knee, i got hit by a hard wooden object. Once it happened i screamed out in pain got up and fell. I was trying to walk but it hurts to walk on my toes. Everytime i take a step my leg kind of slants to my left and i cant step on my toes it feels like someone is stretching out the top of my calf and when i put weight on it my leg feels like it is getting stabbed. Should i consider a hospital?

greetings.
If you are terribly in pain try taking an analgesic.you can apply some ointment as well.
but the thing is that the exact situation will be determined only after physical examinationa nd the investigational wpork up(x ray etc)
so its highly advisable that you should go and see a hospital.
thanks.
regards.
