Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be the arthritis of the knee, may be
osteoarthritis.
It appears that you are thinking of escaping from the training.
One should think of the alternatives for the problem.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an
X ray of the knee for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days and then periodically.
Ofloxacin,diclophenac and
paracetamol. Avoid weight bearing and bending of the left knee, as far as possible.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods till the knee problem is solved.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
