Landed On Head, Cracked Back In Trampoline Park, Deep Breath Hurts, Soreness In Upper Back. Will It Go Away ?
I recently went to trampoline park and did a couple backflips. I thought I had enough energy for one more but it didn't work out. I landed I my head and cracked my back it felt good at first but as the day went I started feeling soreness in my upper back and neck I thought I would ok but now when I take a deep breath it hurts. Is it going to go away over time or should I see a doctor
Hello, If there is no sign of any serious head injury like bleeding from nose or ear,no sign of any confusion or disorientation,no sign of any blurring of vision and if you have only soreness at the neck or upper back which hurts more on deep breathing, then there is nothing to worry as it indicates only muscle strains. You may take some anti inflammatory like ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day for 4 to 5 days and it shall be all right with this. There is absolutely nothing to worry. Thanks
