Large Abscess On Back, Cleaned And Dressed, Lumps On Thigh And Hip, Squeezed Out Pus. Is It A Parasite?

hi my wife had a large abcess on her back in india, it opened and we cleaned and dressed it and now it seems ok but since then she has had 2 other smaller lumps on her hip and innerr thigh, they look more like mosquito bites but they become black in the middle, she squeezed some white puss out of them. also she is pregnant and i'm worried that it might be some kind of parasite she picked up in india

She needs to be treated with antibiotics.
