General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Welcome to Healthcaremagic.

The lesion you have could be folliculitis. This happens most of times due to infection in the hair follicle.

Do consult a general surgeon who can open the lump and express all the pus and debris in it which is essential for it to heal.

Wish you good health.
