Large Painless Bumps In Inner Buttcheek, Oozing Out Blood And Pus. Sexually Inactive Since 3 Months. Possible Razor Bump?

I had a large painless bump in my inner buttcheek lower to my vaginal area, I noticed it while I was clean and I have had zits there before so I squeezed and blood and puss came out and oozes out, and now I have another one about 4 cm away from it I'm concerned if I should go to the doctor or is there something I can do, I've been told by a friend it's a razor bump but those are smaller and I haven't had sex since June. I'm not sure what to do.

HI,
It seems that you might be having ingrown hair follicle infection and now small abscess is formed.
Clean the part with warm water and apply antibiotic cream.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course to cure the infection.
Keep local part clean and healthy.
Ok and take care.
