Large Swollen Lump On Wrist, Blisters, Pain At Bite Site. Treatment?

my nephew was bitten or stung by something today but we don't know what it was or if it is serious or not. It started out as a large swollen bump on his wrist with what looked like two small bite marks but we couldn't be sure. now it has blistered and kind of feels like a small scab. he is still experiencing some pain at the bite site. he's not feeling sick or cramping. this happened at about 4:30 this afternoon and it is now 9:30.

Hi!
welcome to HCM!
Your nephew seems to be bitten by an insect and is likely that he is having an allergic reaction to the insect bite. You may wish to try giving him some antiallergic as cetrizine as needed and apply ice . Most likely, this will get better in a couple of days.
If this continues to spread, then you must consult a doctor and get him examined.
hope this will help you!
