Late For Period, Had Slight Bleeding With No Cramps, Nauseated And Dizzy. Why?

Hello Im a 23yo F sexually active no BC and was 2 days late for my menses. It was only about 5 days not my usualy 7-8 and was light and I had no cramps which normally are severe. I didnt take any medication . I ve been dizzy which never occurs and experiencing nausea ... I took a home HCG test before my menses which was negative.

Hi,
There is nothing to worry about the menses can be late due to anxiety, weather changes and other factors.
If hCG is negative than they will be in a day or more.
Nausea may be due to other factors such as dietary factors....
Repeat your hCG at home.
