Late Period, Cramps, Stomach Pain. Negative Pregnancy Test. What Is Wrong?
My period is a week late. It is ussually pretty regular but this month I havent been. I have cramps like I'm on my period but I'm not. I have also had this strange pain in the lower right side of my stomach, like on my side right below my ribs. I am sexually active and I thought I might be pregnant but I have taken 2 pregnancy test and they both clearly came back negative. Any idea whats wrong?

Well get a b hcg test done to see for pregnancy.
Consult a gynaec for upper and lower abdominal scan to see for ovarian cyst etc or other disorder.
If there is no pregnancy it might be just premenstrual syndrome.
