Dear user, welcome to healthcare magic.
If your periods are used to be regular and now you have a missed period, the first possibility is that you are pregnant till proved otherwise.
The symptoms you mention are not sufficient to diagnose pregnancy.
You should have a pregnancy test to confirm. Blood test is more sensitive and accurate.
If the pregnancy test is positive you should start Folic acid supplementation and have an ultrasound to confirm a healthy intrauterine pregnancy and exclude ectopic.
If the test is negative, you may either wait for spontaneous menstruation or have progesterone prescription by your doctor to induce menstruation.
Good luck.
Dr. Ahmed Bahaa.
