Late Period, Slight Cramps, Negative Pregnancy Tests. What Could Be This?

Hi I had a question. So I had my last period on 7th-10th may 2013 and I had protected sex on the 11th may 2013, since then I havent had sex and now I am 4 days late for my period. I don't have any spotting, but there is slight cramps. I took 2 pregnancy tests and both were negative. I am really worried because I am very regular. I am very stressed please help me out.
