Late Periods, Brown Discharge, Sore Nipples, Frequent Urination. Negative Pregnancy Tests. Suggestions?

Hello,

I am 21 and last week I noticed brown discharge, now I was due on the week before and never did come one. I've noticed I have very sore nipples and a strange cramp in my stomach which will come and go.
Also I have been going to the bathroom alot more then usual.
I have mornings where I feel like im going to be sick but never am.
I took a test last week and it said negative but I had no symptoms then, was wondering if I should re test ?

There is no harm in repeating the test, so go ahead and repeat it. Consume lots of water, as that will ease the symptoms of your cystitis which is leading to urge frequency.
