My left arm feels a little heavy (mainly from the elbow to wrist, but sometimes from the mid upper arm). It began on Tuesday while during repetitive movements on the computer. I feel like if I hang the arm down that blood is not rushing to it as it should to alleviate a pins and needles feeling. I am 28 and overweight but with no other issues. Blood pressure has always been excellent. I have no other symptoms but I'm starting to have anxiety about this.
