Lesion On Nose, Bleeds When Picked, Painful, Headache. What Is It?

I have this thing on the tip of my nose that kind of looks like a blackhead but when i try to pop it it bleeds a little mostly water comes out and then it scabs falls off and looks the exact same as before i picked it. its slightly raised and hurts like an exposed nerve. sometimes gives me headaches. its been there for months. is it a morphoeic bcc? an infected pore? im not sure. but it hurts. please help.

Hi there, thanks for asking. It should be examined and also its picture is necessary to say. Generally, if the border is not regular, and if it is raised, if the color is not uniform, its chance of malignancy is higher. Ask about a dermatologist about it more. I hope that it be a benign thing.
