Hi, the cause of the irregular periods may be the anemia, infection, or anxiety. So i advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.pre menopausually some people will have irregular periods.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe iron preparations, cifixime, and multivitamins.
take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods. Thank you.
