Hello and welcome to HCM,

The time of menopause varies from 45-55 years.
The time varies from woman to woman.
The onset of menopause is marked by decrease in amount of menstrual flow and decrease in its frequency.
In order to know your status few investigations need to be done.
Hormonal profile- urine FSH and blood estrogen need to be done to know the status.
In case of menopause or onset of menopause is characterized by high urine FSH and low blood estrogen is present.

Thanks and take care

Hi,
Thanks for consulting us.
If you are having your periods regularly every month then it is pretty fine. The age factor may have a role in this decreased flow. You may see a Gynecologist & request a complete hormone profile if you want to relieve your doubts.
As far as the hardness of your abdomen is concerned I recommend you to have one trans-abdominal pelvic ultrasound. This will tell you, if all is fine inside. You may conceive naturally. If there is any delay in conception you may seek help from a fertility specialist.
Best wishes.
