Loose Motion In 3 Months Old Baby
sir iam having 3months and 18days son he is suffering from loose motion not too much but very small but frequently in about every 3-4 hours

Usually an infant passes motions 3-4 times a day,
But you observe the child for frequency and amount.
if both are increased then consult your doctor as it may produce dehydration.
give water frequently.

Ur child is suffering from diarrhoea which needs treatment.first of all ensure frequent breastfeeding to prevent dehydration.get a stool routine n culture test done.depending on the reports ur doctor can start antibiotics if needed.plz do not delay if child is passing less urine/lethargic/has fever/irritable/refusing feeds.consult a pediatrician.

For 3 month old baby this is the NORMAL habit.Its not a diarrhoea and no treatment is required.Please remember-AN EXCLUSIVE BREAST FEEDED BABY CAN PASS STOOL AFTER EACH FOOD.When otherwise normal nothings to worry.
