Ur child is suffering from diarrhoea which needs treatment.first of all ensure frequent breastfeeding to prevent dehydration.get a stool routine n culture test done.depending on the reports ur doctor can start antibiotics if needed.plz do not delay if child is passing less urine/lethargic/has fever/irritable/refusing feeds.consult a pediatrician.

For 3 month old baby this is the NORMAL habit.Its not a diarrhoea and no treatment is required.Please remember-AN EXCLUSIVE BREAST FEEDED BABY CAN PASS STOOL AFTER EACH FOOD.When otherwise normal nothings to worry.
