Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Such chronic problem can be caused by severe bacterial infection, pancreas disease, gallstones or IBS. Some tests needs to be done to rule out this conditions.
I suggest you to visit gastroenterologist and discuss your problem. Stool tests, abdominal ultrasound, blood work, liver tests (AST,ALT,GGTP,AP), amylase, lipase, urine amylase should be done.
If you are 50 or older, colonoscopy should be also done.
Sometimes great effect gives Rifaximine treatment for severe infection.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
