Losing Hair, Itchy Head After Starting Lisinopril. Borderline Hypochondriac. Treatment From Specilaist Required

A Hair Stylist AskEd In July If I Was Losing My HaiR Which Coincides With Beginning 2.5 Mg Of LiSinopril. In Addition I Was Having itch On The Crown Of My HEad... My Doc Recently Increased My Dose To 5 Mg LiSinopril And My Crown/Hairline At The Forehead Is Itching Even More...I m Scared My Hair Is Thinning But Its Not Coming Out In Clumps And My FamLy Thinks Im Being irrationaL...iM Only 31 Yrs Old And Am Borderline Hypochondriac But I Dont Think Im Being Irrational About This...Any Advise Is Appreciated, Im Sure Im Probably Needing A Dermatologist At This Point And Im Unable To Find Any Info Online That Would Support My Theory

Hi itching on the crown on the forehead followed by loss of hair in that area can be seborrhic dermatitis or tinea infection.more in favour in seborrhic dermaatitis.as it can also occur due to drug induced.it can be cured by flucort lotion in the morning and candid b gel in the night.use of atarax.azithromycin and use of flucanazole 150 mg weekly once for 4 weeks can cure the condition.
