Losing So Much Hair, Thyroid Removed. Bold Spot On The Back Of Head. Any Suggestions ?

I have had my Thyroid removed, it was in ten different pieces, in 03. I have yet to figure out why I am loosing so much hair and what can be done about it. I am taking 150 MCG, this high of a level for about 1-2 yrs. when I wash my hair I pick a handful out of the shower, then when I brush my hair out more comes out. its not from the root either. I now have a pretty good bold spot on the back of my head. Please give me some answers!

HI
Thank for choosing HCM
As such you did not mentioned whether you are a male or female, and even not mentioned your age, I always ask every one those are using this forum, that please do not forget to mentioned your age/sex for correct medical advise these things are very much needed without this some time we wont advise you, here in your case you missed these, now if you are male then the male bald pattern is likely. In this way we will have to explain every thing for both the male and female too. bye
