Loss Of Appetite, Abdominal Cramps And Lump Near The Anus. Hemorrhoid?

Hi I have had a cramping stomach this week and have lost my appetite and have over the last 2 days had a lump form under my skin about 2-3 cm away from my anus. The lump feels about 2cm diametre and seems to have grown quickly. It's a bit sensitive. I had a really long run (26kms) last weekend. Could this be a hemorroid?

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
From your history it seems that you might be having forming abscess or Fistula-in-ano.
If there is bleeding from anal canal before passing stool there is a chance of having Haemorrhoid.
Consult surgeon and get physically examined to have clear diagnosis.
In any such case avoid constipation.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and bye.
