If you are not treated before with, you need treatment with anti-helminthics (to act against worms in the gut) such as albendazole and also anti-amoebic medications like tinidazole. Please see a good physician trained in internal medicine for appropriate doses and frequency of these medications and thorough clinical examination of yours.
In case you have already been treated with this then you need to do some basic blood and urine tests like hemoglobin, total WBC count, differential count, ESR, random sugar, urine routine and microscopic test, serum creatinine level and liver function tests. Please get back with the reports for further assistance. Take care.
