Lost 2 Inches From Penis Post Diagnosis Of Aggressive Prostrate Cancer

I was diagnosed with aggressive prostate cancer (4th stage) over 3 years ago. It is outside the prostate, but at that time it was not in the bones. I have only done alternative health care since. No surgery or anything conventional. My question is during that time, I have lost about 2 inches from my penis and do not know what I can do or what has caused it? Do you have any suggestions?
