Lost A Lot Of Blood In Miscarriage, Dizzy, Lightheaded, Still Bleeding. Is This Normal ?

I had a miscarriage on Saturday Lost alot of blood become anemic, Was suppose to get a d&c today but doctor decided not too, I am still bleeding like a heavy period with little clots and pain, Also getting dizzy and lightheaded off an on everyday, Is this normal after a miscarriage or should i get a d&C or go to the hospital tho they told me only to come back if i am gushing blood?

hello..
welcome to HCM.. firstly u didnt tell us which mth of pregnancy u are going through.. cause if ur in the first three months then u need not go for D&C again..and if ur above that u might need medical help again..anyways having this bleeding is common after abortion and it might continue for 2 wks sometimes..and cause of anaemia ur sufferring this dizziness and light headedness.. and this is normal too..
but i advise u not to neglect but take iron tablet daily one for 1 mth atleast with good iron rich diet so that u get relieved of ur dizziness..best way is iron tablets..
so wait for atleast 4-5 days and if ur pain abdomen is increasing then consult ur doc..
