Lost Hearing For Few Minutes In An Accident. Ear Clogged And A Lump Has Formed. Check Up Required?

Im 16 years old , yesterday I was at cheer and our stunt fell and I the girl in the air fell on me and hit me in the ear. I lost hearing in the ear for about 15 min and then it slowly started to get a little better. when it first happened I asked the coach to sit out because I felt faint and nuaseous. I felt better when I sat but the only problem was my ear was clogged amd still is a day later. I have no head ache the only problem is clogged ears. about 5 minutes ago I noticed a random pea sized lump on the right side just below my hair line on the back of my neck and it doesnt move or hurt. this concerns me! I need to know if I should get everything checked out

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
If you do not have any symptoms like you said hearing lost, if you can hear the sound very well, no discharge from the ear, then no need to worry about this, and if you do have such symptoms then it is better to see the ENT surgeon, for your other condition "Lump" this will go away on its own, take care and have nice day.
