Lost Weight After Using HCG Drops, Developed Fibroid. Any Diet That Can Help ?
Hello Doctor, I used HCG drops last year, lost 34lbs in a month. Shortly after discovered my fibroids had grown tremendously. I understand the hcg hormone did not CAUSE my fibroids but did it affect the growth. I want to try the diet again but afraid. I had a myomectomy due to the size. Thank God no hysterectomy was needed. I have no children
Hi, As you had side effects of the treatment and considering the need to retain fertility, it would be better if you do not attempt the treatment again. Instead, you may try to alter your daily routine, spend more time on exercise and meditation and manage your diet. Please avoid fast foods, oily and fried foods, cheese items and diets rich in carbohydrates; add more fresh fruits, fresh vegetables and dry fruits to your menu. Increase your water intake. Hope this helps. Take care.
