Lost Weight Incredibly, Have Pulling Sensation In Skin. Working Out, Cardio, Weightlifting. What Could It Be?

I have a question. I've lost a great amount of weight in the past 1.5 years. I workout often. My workout is consist of cardio and weightlifting. I do have some flab. However, today I've noticed this pulling like sensation under my skin in my upper extremity primarily. Depending in the exercise I also feel it on my lower extremities. Any idea what this could be due to?

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

Your description of the problem is very much limited to conclude anything. Your age does matter. Also matters how much weight you lost and during how many months? Rapi weight loss exercises affect muscle tissues adversly.

You are mentioning upper and lower extremities. Those are the areas which are more susceptible to tissue dmage during excess muscular exercises. Also this could be anxiety about your sudden loss of weight.

Consult a physiotherapist and if rrequired a sports medicine specialist.
Wish you speedy recovery.
