Hello
There are many reasons for tinnitus if you have a good relief ,then now you can. Take a antihistaminic ,oral and nasal decongestant ,mucolytic.
As there can be a component of fluid behind the ear drum or simply retraction.
To confirm you cabn get done---pure tone audiometry (hearing test),impedance audiometry.
You can also start going for a walk daily ,it will relieve you from these symptoms
Get well soon.
In doubt do reply.
