Low Body Temperature, Shaky Hands, Muscle Twitching, Blurry Vision, Bruise On Body. Any Ideas?

Hi,
I was at the library all day
and i feel like im getting worse and worse every hour
my symptoms are : low body temp, shaky hands, muscle twitching, i feel like somethings whistling in my ear, my vision is blurry, my heart is going crazy, i seriously feel like im dying..
and i just discovered that i have a whole lot of random bruises on my body...
am i dying ?

Hi, it all appear to be due to the bites of insects in the library, and due to which you might be getting all these symptoms. The possibility may be only 5%. The other possibilities may be hallucination, due to the hungry feeling, or gastric irritation.
Any how consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
