Hello, Your erectile dysfunction is totally being caused by your anxiety. You must talk to your partner about it and take her in your confidence and ask her to help you out.Once she starts co operating you, your anxiety will ease off. Along with this adopt other measures like.. Daily aerobic exercises for 45 minutes a day along with yoga and mental relaxation exercises for 30 minutes. Quit smoking Take alcohol in moderation. Reduce your weight. Eat healthy food like fresh fruits and green vegetables. You shall be all right in next 2 to 3 months time. Thanks
