Low Energy And Stamina. History Of Having Liver Disease, Mild Asthma, Periodic Diarrhea. Suggest
Hi, I'm a 19 years old girl and I always ran out of stamina just by doing simple things. I'm always the slowest runner (by a very large margin) and I always sleep in classes. I used to have liver disease and mild asthma when I was about 6 years old. I also have a history of periodic diarrhea (every 6 months) back in Junior High. Do those factors affect my stamina?
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic Greetings of the day The factors mentioned by you are not likely to affect your stamina. There is nothing harm done in being last runner. Stamina depends on will power and positive energy forces created by you . Would suggest you have a well balanced diet rich in proteins. Consume plenty of oral fluids and citrus fruits. It's quite normal for many of the individual to have one to two episode of diarrhea every year.
There seems to be no cause of concern.
Wishing you a healthy life
Take care
