Hi,

Your hectic lifestyle might be the primary reason for your problems. Medications for diabetes and hypertension do not cause much of problems as far sex is concerned. It is time that both of you get together and make your own time where you give time to each other and know the other's sexual needs. This may include a short trip or a holiday over the weekend. Please leave behind your other problems like financial and emotional commitments to other members of the family behind. It is possible that your sex life is suffering because of lack of quality time spent on it.

Hypertension and diabetes are conditions that are commonly seen nowadays and you may modify your lifestyles to cause minimal stress.

Hope this helps
