Lower Abdomen, Back Pain Around Kidney Area, Tingling In Right Side Extremeties. No Markers In For Kidney Stones In Urine. Connections?

I've currently got lower abdomen/back pain sited around the kidney area which is being investigated for potential kidney stones, but surgeon thinks that unlikely as there are no markers in my urine samples. I've also got a light tingling in my right side extremities - hands, arm, leg - on the far right side. Might these be connected?

Hi,

As long as the surgeon has excluded it based on the lab tests, there is no worry for kidney stones.

To my judgement it might be related to any spinal cord problem that can press the nerves nearby. I suggest to consult a neurologist and do the x-ray of the spinal cord lumbar level to see what's happening.

I'd suggest to check your blood pressure and blood sugar levels and to drink more water and more physical activity.

Hope this helps!
