Hi,
Whatever findings of the scans you have posted here certainly do not show any significant abnormality to reliably comment upon the cause of your abdominal pain. Hence, I suggest we start from history once again, since when did started noticing blood in urine? because that might be a cause of concern, secondly have you visited a gynecologist yet? Your symptom profile suggests a diagnosis of endometriosis or simply speaking presence of uterine tissue at wrong place say around ureter, (urine path) etc. So kindly get in touch with your doctor & arrange for endometrial USG & detailed PV & other required examination. If the diagnosis is endometriosis then you can get pain relief by using oral contraceptive pills or by surgery depending upon your clinical status. Good luck
