Lower Back Nerve Hurts While Bending Or Playing Football. Reason And Cure To Improve The Strength Of Tibia ?
Hi Doctor 1) My lower back nerve hurts occasionally when i bend down or after playing football. The pain started after i fell down on my back few months ago. Should i take it seriously and visit a Doctor or shake it off as it only occurs when i exercise or stress my back. 2) I realised that when playing football and someone hits my tibia with his, the pain is unberable. why does it happen to me and not that person as well. The pain is about 30cm above my ankle. It always happen when i hit someone else tibia. Is there a reason and cure to improve the strength of my tibia?

Hi and welcome to HCM
Take a break from your normal activities to reduce repetitive strain, give the injury time to heal and help prevent further damage. A day or two of rest may be all you need for a minor injury. More severe damage is likely to need a longer recovery time. Ice reduces both pain and inflammation. A bag of frozen peas works well, don't use ice for longer than 20 minutes at a time because of the risk of damage to your nerves and skin. Compression helps prevent fluid buildup in damaged tissues and maintains alignment and stability. Look for a compression bandage that's lightweight, breathable and self-adhesive. It should be tight enough without interfering with circulation. Elevation help to reduce swelling, try propping your injured leg on pillows or sitting in a recliner.
I do hope that you have found something helpful and informative and I will be glad to answer any further query. Take care.
